Is this Therapy or Coaching?
It’s both—and neither in the traditional sense. In my experience, extraordinary coaches are able to do deep therapeutic work, and extraordinary therapists are able to do fantastic coaching. I chose to be certified in Relational Life Coach trained in Relational Life Therapy because the overlap of great coaching and great therapy feels very similar; yet, allows for dramatic and concrete improvements in my clients' lives. We don’t stay only in understanding—we focus on changing how you relate in real time.
Do you work with individuals, or only couples?
I work with both. Many individuals find this work transformative for understanding their personal 'stuck' patterns, allowing them to show up differently in all their relationships.
What countries and languages do you work in?
Online sessions are available worldwide in English, Spanish (Español), and Brazilian Portuguese (Português). We can work in the language that feels most natural for your emotional expression.
Are sessions in person or online?
All work is conducted virtually. This allows us to work together regardless of geographic borders, while you remain in the privacy of your own space.
How long does the work take?
We start with a free 45-minute exploration. Coaching timelines vary depending on your specific situation, but most clients commit to 3-6 months for lasting relational shifts.
What if my partner won't come with me?
You can start the work alone. When one person in a relational system changes their dance, the entire system must react. Often, partners decide to join later once they see the shift in perspective.
