This program focuses on helping clients clearly see harmful patterns and having each person take responsibility for their part in the relationship without blaming. I also guide all partners so that each person can learn new ways to practice love, be more curious, and communicate with respect and empathy. It is a path of awareness, humility, and mutual relational growth.​
Individuals

In this track, I focus on helping my clients understand past challenges in building partnerships by clearly mapping behaviours, and learned relational patterns. It also includes developing clear and realistic partnership goals, with accompanying skills. With deep care and honesty, I guide and empower you to develop deep compassion towards yourself so you can build stronger and healthier intimacy with others.​
@Work Relational

I designed @Work Relational for persons who want to access and use deep emotional intelligence to make smart relational choices in work environments and find greater work-life balance. During this process, I help my clients identify why and how they may feel insecure professionally or when seeking new jobs, and aid them to strategically use their careers to reach their life mission.​​​​ Corporate packages available.​
